2. To be eligible for the exam, every applicant must have at least four years of experience working as a supervisor, journeyman, contractor, foreman, or owner-builder. With the exception that two years can be applied to schooling.
3. Every candidate is required to have a working capital of at least $2,500. All applicants must furthermore submit a bond with the Registrar for $15,000.
