Water Heater Repair San Diego. Free Estimates. I usually go to The Home Depot for several reasons. They have the No. 1 Water Heater in the U.S.A. Rheem.

Their warranty is excellent. It Used To Be. When you had a problem you could just take it in and get another one.

Also the Home Depot offers a 5 Year Warranty ( I Believe Parts and Labor) which I always recommend I believe it costs 69.00.

Of course, nowadays they prorate the water heater from when you purchased it to the day you return it that is if it’s still within the warranty time ( 6 years, 9 years, or 12-year warranty.)

But like I said I found it comforting to just walk in and to be able to get another one without having to argue about returning it. Because I still Believe There Return Policy Generally speaking Is The Best.

I also would like to mention something. I have found several people who purchased used water heaters. Returns, second hand, etc… Which persons have purchased apply. The old cliche you get what you pay for Can be said. One stopped working after 2 1/2 years. They called me back, and they purchased a new one. At The Home Depot.

The other one that had been purchased used also worked, but the Hot Water Only Lasted five minutes. Or so the tenants would tell the manager. Eventually, the manager purchased a new one at the Home Depot.

Hot Water Heater Leaks. Plumbing Tips.

When doing any Water Heater Repair in San Diego. It Is Very Important to Check the Water Heater carefully before deciding to purchase another water Heater.

First, check that the leak is not coming from the top of the Water heater ( From The Connections and then trailing downward.)

Also, check where the Temperature and  Pressure relief Valve is that sometimes can start leaking, but a pressure release valve is a safety factor. This is usually on the side of the water heater, or sometimes on the top.)

Also, check where you see a hose bibb. This is only used to clean the heater.

And basically, check around the water heater that something else having water is not causing the leak.
